By accessing and using the Nexus Elite Logistics Alliance (NELA) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

NELA provides a business network platform for freight forwarders, logistics providers, and 3PL companies to connect, collaborate, and conduct business. Our services include member directories, introduction requests, rate quote requests, performance reviews, and related features.

3. Membership

Membership in NELA is subject to approval. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Being a legitimate freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL company
  • Providing accurate company information
  • Maintaining good standing in the industry
  • Adhering to NELA's code of conduct

4. User Responsibilities

As a NELA member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect other members' privacy and confidentiality
  • Conduct business transactions in good faith
  • Report any disputes or issues promptly
  • Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

5. Introductions and Connections

NELA facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee business outcomes. All business agreements are solely between the parties involved. NELA is not liable for any disputes arising from business relationships formed through the platform.

6. Rate Quotes and Transactions

Rate quotes provided through the platform are for informational purposes. Final terms of service, pricing, and conditions should be negotiated directly between parties. NELA does not process payments or guarantee the accuracy of quoted rates.

7. Performance Reviews

Members may submit reviews for business partners. Reviews should be based on genuine business experiences. NELA reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, defamatory, or violate our guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The NELA name, logo, and platform design are proprietary assets. Members retain ownership of their company information, logos, and content. By submitting content, members grant NELA a license to display such content on the platform.

9. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

NELA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. NELA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

11. Termination

NELA reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or our code of conduct. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

NELA may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
